UK Business Angels Association Early Stage VC's and EIS/SEIS Funds Membership

The UK Business Angels Association has a growing membership of active early stage Venture Capital Funds who predominantly operate in the sub £2m equity space. We welcome further VC Funds to join.

Through our high level connections with Government and Whitehall as well as other industry associations and close partnership with the BVCA, we lobby government on behalf of our membership over key issues relevant to the early stage market. With over 7,000 unique visitors per month, UK Business Angels Association is a major source of referrals for companies seeking finance and investors seeking to invest.

    Members may publicise deals done, events and contribute guest articles to UK Business Angels Association’s respected and widely read industry newsletter, increasing industry recognition of your work. Cost of Membership

The cost of membership for VC funds is £1000 + a £80 one off joining fee plus vat (£1300) per year.

To become a VC member the organisation applying must:

  • Be actively investing in UK SMEs or be UK-based;
  • Agree to abide by the UK Business Angels Association Code of Conduct;
  • Have evidence of good standing;
  • Complete the attached questionnaire; and
  • Pay the annual subscription, as advised, to UK Business Angels Association.
