Angels Den launches SEIS fund
This week, Angels Den launched an SEIS, which will invest in a diversified portfolio of 10-20 high-quality early-stage companies.
The fund will do what Angels Den does best and has been doing for the past 10 years, only investing in companies that have gone through its due diligence process and have a lead investor on board. The fund can give investors the benefits of SEIS income tax relief and capital gains tax relief.
Angels Den will not charge any fees to investors, this includes upfront fees, management fees or success fees on exit. Instead, they will charge their standard fees to the investee company. Investors may apply to the SEIS fund via a simple application form available on the Angels Den website.
